David Fleming - Managing Director

David has worked as a senior executive in the Receivables Management Industry since 1995. Positions held include General Manager, Receivables Management (NSW) Pty Ltd, Chief Executive Officer, Alliance Group Holdings Pty Ltd and General Manager,

Baycorp Advantage Limited, Australia and New Zealand. During this period David was responsible for the "green fields" establishment of the Alliance Group and it's rapid growth to profitability and market prominence in a 2.5 year period. David is a Certified Financial Planner and AICM Member.

Craig Young – Director

Craig developed his collection knowledge in the banking and finance industry (State Bank of NSW 9 years) and the Mercantile Agency industry (RMG and CCS Hunter and Stewart) in Management positions before starting Impact in 1998.

Craig is responsible for analysing collection results and works closely with management to improve performance for our customers. Craig is responsible for many business concepts, including Webcollect and industry first pricing structures. Craig holds committee positions in registered clubs and is a member of the AICM. Craig has completed an Advanced Diploma in Risk Management and ISO certification training

 Online Payments

Credit card payments are secure:

Payments will be processed directly by the Commonwealth Bank. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. Impact Financial Services (AUST) Pty Ltd does not store in any way your credit card details.

No refunds are provided for payments made online and the transaction cannot be cancelled. 

Payments by American Express will incur a non-refundable surcharge of 2.7% of the total transaction value (these surcharges may change from time to time).

Online payments shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in the State of New South Wales.  Any dispute, which cannot be resolved between us, shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Impact Financial Services is committed to protecting your privacy and to the accuracy of personal information that it holds.

Sources of incremental personal information may be credit reporting bodies, process servers, repossession agents, real estate agents and other agents and business partners acting on behalf of Impact Financial Services as part of the process to recover the debt.

Impact Financial Services may release personal information about you where there is a duty to the public to disclose that information, where we are required by law or where the interests of Impact Financial Services require disclosure. However, Impact Financial Services will not sell or disclose your information to any individual or entity outside the NV group of companies and their approved business partners including process servers without your permission.

Information We Collect

Two types of information are collected:
